Are you looking for a quiet rural location this summer to relax but still be able to enjoy going to the beach, going out for dinner, or going to the theatre? We are 20 minutes from downtown London, 50 minutes to Stratford, 50 minutes to the beaches in Grand Bend and area.

We are now offering our lovely, turn of the century cottage, on Dolway Organic Garden for weekly summer rentals. It is a perfect writer’s or artist’s retreat.

This unique cottage was built by Colonel Tom Hobbs in 1886. It has 17 glass doors and windows, all made with “Hobbs glass”, a delightful patterned and coloured glass that gives the cottage an inviting historical ambiance.

The fully furnished cottage has 3 bedrooms, a large living room, a quaint kitchen, and an old fashioned bathroom. A verandah overlooks the trout pond, and the front porch looks out onto the farm grounds. There is also a swimming pool on the farm that is available for use.

The cottage can easily sleep 6 people (2 twins beds, 2 double beds).

Only non-smokers please.

No pets.

Sorry, we do not offer house cleaning service during your stay. We do provide linens and towels for your use, however.

$900.00 per week.
