I am a chef, food writer, and I teach cooking classes. I live on the farm with John and our two children. Basically I live and breathe food. But not in an intense, stressed out way. Let’s face it, we all need to order take-out pizza once in a while. Usually, however, I try to follow the natural rhythm of the seasons with my recipes.
